Breath Journeys

Connected breath as your guide back to yourself.  Whatever your body and mind are ready to release is welcome.

  • Online & In Person
  • Group & 1:1

What is a breath journey?

A breath journey is a guided breath session where you fully connect with your breath for about an hour. At its center is connected breathing, a continuous rhythm with no pause between inhale and exhale. After a while, this rhythm shifts you into an expanded state of awareness. Your alert, analytical mind takes a back seat, making room for whatever wants to show up.

Music curated for the process carries you through, sometimes with movement too. Your breath takes you out of your head and into your body. That's where feelings, unresolved issues and tension live. During the journey, they can rise to the surface and be lived through again. Some things can be fully felt for the first time, while others can finally be released and brought to a close. Your nervous system gets the chance to release established stress patterns and find its balance again.

No experience needed, no technique to learn ahead of time. You're guided gently and safely through the whole experience, from the initial preparation through the integration afterward.

Online, in person, in a group or 1:1

Breath journeys take place in person in Zurich and online. You can also join from home, in a group or in a private 1:1 session.

In a group, the shared energy holds you. It builds a momentum that carries you, without you ever having to put yourself on show. In a 1:1, everything revolves around you: your pace, your focus, your journey, with close support from the first minute to the last.

Online is just as deep as in person. All you need is a quiet spot, headphones, a stable internet connection and uninterrupted time for yourself. The bonus: you're at home.

Who is a breath journey for?

For anyone curious to meet themselves in a new way. No prior experience or spiritual outlook is needed.

A breath journey has a lot to offer if you often feel stuck in your head and want more access to your body and feelings. It's also for anyone carrying unresolved issues, patterns or emotions who is ready to consciously feel, change and let go of them.

And for anyone looking for more clarity, intuition or a deeper connection with themselves, who's up for diving into a process with curiosity, without knowing exactly what might come up.

How does a breath journey unfold?

A session usually lasts 2 to 3 hours, with the breath journey itself taking about 1 hour. Before any breathing happens, you simply arrive. It's about feeling welcome and safe. Often there's a short meditation and a quick intro to what's ahead.

Then the journey begins. It follows a natural wave in three phases. Activation, where breath and body slowly come alive. The peak, the most intense part, where the most can shift. And relaxation, where everything settles back down.

Next comes integration, maybe the most important part. You stay lying down and feel into what happened, no pressure, no rush. Sometimes writing or drawing helps it all sink in. Often we close with a chance to share, a moment to put your experience into words. Totally optional.

Good to know: you're supported the entire time, from the moment you arrive to the very end. You never have to go through any of it alone. Every emotion is welcome and during the breath journey you're free to give it a voice, movement or both.
