This policy explains how THE SLOWERY processes personal data. It is based on the Swiss Data Protection Act, the GDPR where applicable, and the California rules CalOPPA and CCPA.

What data is processed

Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. These details are delivered via Telegram to the private device of the controller and are used only to answer your enquiry.

Booking: if you book through the embedded Calendly window, your details are processed directly by Calendly LLC (USA) under their privacy policy.

Server logs: when the website is loaded, technically necessary data such as IP address, timestamp and browser type is processed by the hosting provider.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to answer enquiries, to hold sessions and to run the website securely. The basis is your consent, the initiation of a contract and a legitimate interest in operating the website.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly window may set its own cookies once you interact with it.

Sharing and international transfers

Data is never sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the site: hosting, Telegram messenger and Calendly. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses or your consent.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and any follow up questions, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction and objection, as well as data portability. Residents of California additionally have CCPA rights, in particular access and deletion. Personal data is not sold.
